We welcome groups to use our space and amenities to help build community and foster an environment of belonging.

Dining Room, Patio, and Play Areas - All of our indoor and outdoor seating is first come, first serve. No outside food or drinks allowed. Guests are welcome to come early to reserve a place for your group.

Private Event Space - This room is located next to the LaBAratory. It fits 50 people (or 75+ with outdoor seating). The private event space is available to rent daily from 11am-10:30pm.

Catering options:
Guests can order from any of the UDM food stalls and bring it to the room during your event. Our catering team can also work with you to customize a menu that would be set up buffet-style at the start of your event. There is no food or beverage minimum that needs to be met.

Additional fees:

  • A private bartender can be added for an additional $100 and 20% service charge on total cost.

  • A $50 Room Set-Up Fee will be charged if a client requests a change to the standard room layout.

  • The room is available 1hr prior to the event start time. If more time is needed, a Decoration Fee (25% of the hourly room rental rate) will be charged to access the room earlier.
